Peace & Justice Committee

As a province, we are members of the Africa Faith & Justice Network, the Illinois Committee for Responsible Investment and indirectly associated with the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility. Through these associations we are able to provide proxy voting guidelines and social screening criteria. We have membership in Network, a US Catholic social justice lobby educating, lobbying, and organizing to influence formation of federal legislation that promotes economic and social justice.

We maintain contact with other Servite justice and peace groups such as the Servite Coalition for Justice which has sponsored workshops and retreats focused on justice and peace issues. The Coalition may be contacted directly through Fr. Dennis Kriz, O.S.M.
