Fr. Joseph M. Carbone, O.S.M. passes
Fr. Joseph M. Carbone, O.S.M., a
solemn-professed friar and priest, died December 7, 2011, at the
Little Sisters of the Poor Mullen Home in Denver, Colorado, where he
had been living for the past 18 months. He was 85 years of age and
had spent 56 years in religious life. The majority of his ministerial
life revolved around Servite parishes in Denver, but Fr. Joseph also
served at parishes in Chicago, Illinois, Belen, New Mexico, and at
The Grotto in Portland, Oregon.
